These terms cover your use of the Drona app and related services from Gymlytics ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Plain-English summary first, full terms below.

1. Acceptance

By tapping "Sign Up", logging in, or using any feature of Drona, you confirm you've read these terms and the Privacy Policy and you agree to both. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 16 (EU) or 18 (India), you also need a parent or guardian's consent.
Use truthful information when you sign up — we use it to generate appropriate workouts.
Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Tell us at legal@gymlytics.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

Don't:

Scrape, mass-download, or republish app content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or model prompts.
Probe, attack, or overload our servers, or bypass rate limits.
Upload anything illegal, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Use the app to harass other users or our team.
Impersonate someone else or create accounts in bulk.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Drona offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Pricing is shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Free trials run for 3 days. After that you'll be charged the displayed price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — cancellation stops the next renewal but doesn't refund the current period.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies. We can't issue refunds directly for store-purchased subscriptions.
If a subscription lapses, your data stays intact. You can resubscribe and pick up where you left off.

5. AI coach — important

Drona's AI coach gives training suggestions, not medical advice. If you have an injury, a health condition, or are pregnant, talk to a qualified physician or certified strength coach before starting any program. Stop training and seek medical help if you experience pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms.

The coach is informational only. We don't guarantee specific outcomes — strength gains depend on your effort, recovery, nutrition, genetics, and many factors outside the app.

6. Intellectual property

The Drona app, its design, exercise library, generator logic, prompts, copy, and brand are owned by Gymlytics. Don't copy or redistribute them.
Your data stays yours. Set logs, photos you upload, and notes you write remain your property.
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that data so we can run the service for you. We may also use anonymised, aggregated training data (e.g. "average squat e1RM in our user base") for product analytics and research — never tied back to you.
If you give us feedback, we may use it to improve the product without owing you anything.

7. Risk and liability

Strength training carries inherent injury risk. By using Drona, you acknowledge:

You're physically able to do the exercises shown, or you'll skip them and consult a professional.
You'll warm up, use safe form, and use safety equipment (collars, spotters, safety pins) where appropriate.
You assume the risk of injury. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Gymlytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including injuries from training.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may add, change, or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you've already paid for, we'll either restore it, offer an equivalent, or refund the unused portion.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service. Where possible we'll give notice and a chance to fix things first.
You can close your account anytime from Settings → Delete Account.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Bengaluru, unless local consumer-protection law gives you different rights — in which case those still apply.

If anything here is ambiguous, the Privacy Policy controls personal-data questions and these Terms control everything else. If a clause is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the rest still apply.
